WHAT?
Looking for some space to ensure your crew are all seated together? On Fridays & Sundays only, we’re offering the option for group bookings.
Perfect for larger friend groups or after-work colleagues who want the certainty of securing seats and also securing an exceptional deal.
For this, we’re offering two options:
- Middle hall seating: tables of six, $130 per person
- Side hall seating: tables of twelve, $110 per person
For each person you will receive:
- Guaranteed Entry
- Reserved seating
- 2026 0.5 lt commemorative Oktoberfest stein and first fill from any tap at any bar (or large house wine or non-alcoholic product)
- $50 venue voucher – valid for use at any bar or the bistro
- Bayrisches Brotzeitbrettl (shared Bavarian board/snack platter) for the table
WHEN?
Your table(s) will be reserved for 90 minutes from the session start time (up to 6:30 pm Fridays, up to 12:30 pm Sundays), and then they are yours as long as you continue to occupy them up to the end of the ticketed session.
All inclusions are available and redeemable only on the day of your purchased session.
THE FINE PRINT
Group bookings are only available for whole tables. If you require a few more seats you’re welcome to purchase individual tickets for the same session, but you will not unfortunately be able to comfortably sit any more than the allocated number of people at your table(s). Individual tickets will not receive the same inclusions.
Entry tickets will be issued to each individual attendee in advance, and stein vouchers on entry (we will require individual guest names, email, and mobile numbers by the Tuesday before your booking).
Venue vouchers will be issued to the group organiser for distribution. If desired, you can pre-purchase additional vouchers here. No packages, bar tabs, or additional vouchers can be purchased on the event day.
If tables do not remain in use, then they will be released for other patrons to enjoy. If you arrive late we make no guarantee that your table(s) and/or the platter(s) will remain available to you, and in this instance there will be no refunds available.
A limited number of group bookings will be available only on Fridays and Sundays. They are not available on Saturdays.
We don’t take bookings in the beer garden as it is weather-dependent. If you want to sit in the beer garden, please just purchase regular individual festival tickets on our main website and arrive in time to secure your table.

Refunds are permitted up to 48 hours after purchase or until the commencement of the ticketed event (whichever is earlier). Otherwise, it is understood that you agree to all terms listed herein, on the Club’s Oktoberfest website, and within the Club’s management policies.
Date changes are permitted, subject to availability, with more than 14 days’ notice, and will incur a $5 administration fee per person.
Tickets are valid only for the allocated day/session. No-shows are not entitled to a refund or reallocation, and these tickets will be forfeited.
